CPR – First Aid

The HEN offers multiple formats to achieve initial Certification or Recertification.

ONLINE OPTION: The AHA now offers an online program for Recertification or New Provider in Heartsaver CPR. The Heartcode AHA BLS Heartsaver CPR and First Aid online will take 1-2 hours to complete. You will then need to contact Kstillman@thehen.biz to make an appointment to have the 1 hour skill verification completed.

Prerequisites:

1. Review and preparation of the Heartsaver CPR – first aid manual

Course materials:

1. Participants are expected to be familiar with the 2010 AHA Textbook of Heartsaver CPR –First Aid. Direction for book library or purchase upon registration

Classroom format: This is a 3-4 hour, instructor led classroom format. Lots of manikin time and individual instructor attention. Course appropriate for initial certification or recertification.
