Kristin Paston, RN, BSN, CCRN

Kristin Paston, BSN, RN, CCRN fondly refers to herself as “The Mother Clucker” of the HEN. Kristin is the founding member and President of the Health Education Network (HEN). Her background includes Medical-Surgical Nursing, Cardiovascular Intensive Care (CVICU), Life Support Program Director at University of Colorado Health, and Founder/Co-author at The National Sedation Center (NSC). Kristin actively lectures, creates online educational content and is Training Center Faculty for the American Heart Association (AHA).

Founded in 1999, The HEN has always utilized active healthcare professionals from the community as Instructors/Course Directors for the various disciplines provided by the company. These individuals are all current Instructors within the discipline being taught, having updated to all current evidence as outlined by that discipline (example: American Heart Association). The instructor will be on time, organized, knowledgeable and professional. The courses will start on time and adhere to the standards outlined by the association related to course content. Know that the seasoned professionals at The HEN can easily customize courses to fit the needs of the student.
